    WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 (UPI) — The UPI/CVoter daily presidential tracking poll released Tuesday shows Hillary Clinton leading Donald Trump by less than 1 percentage point for a second consecutive day.

    The online poll shows 47.98 for Clinton, compared to 47.24 for Trump.

The phony polling showing Hillary's stomping Trump has had the unintended consequence of donors not ponying up cash as they think it would be a waste.

Now is the time that the media tightens the polls so rats don't assume Hitlery is a shoe in, even though Trump's poll numbers reflect what a sorry piece of crap he is.  If rats think the race is already won they stay home and smoke their bong instead of voting.  Nothing can stop Trump's failure, but if rats don't turnout, the down ballot rats don't get elected.

The problem comes closer to the election. The real polls say the Republican will win but the Media knows the Democrat will win. So you have to cook the poll until it reaches what the media expects on election day.
Because you can't poll dead people and you have to count people who won't vote but have a vote tallied for them.

Because the poll is conducted online and individuals self-select to participate, a margin of error cannot be calculated. The poll has a credibility interval of 3 percentage points. This seven-day span includes data collected from Aug. 15-21, when 1,795 individuals were surveyed. Of them, 1,259 identified themselves as likely voters.

Self-selecting polls are not scientific and are the equivalent of a Drudge online poll.
