Sorry, I was having this same discussion on another forum. They, from what I see, have sold body parts but, there's no conclusive evidence at this point. [they haven't be convicted of such]
By your logic, Hillary isn't a crook, either. Even though having classified files on her private server is prima facie evidence of a crime, she has avoided prosecution. Maybe the images of the person tasked thus in a career compromising situation were what swayed the prosecutor, but for whatever unfathomable reason she is not referred to consistently as "the defendant" instead of "the candidate".
Similarly, there is plenty of evidence against PP. That the prosecutor has a cranio-rectal insertion problem does not mean they (PP) haven't sold baby parts. In a twist of prosecutorial logic, the prosecution went after the people who recorded the video proving, prima facie, that PP was selling baby parts.
