Teen Held On $6 Million Bond For Shooting Gay Nightclub With Paintball Gun

Is Branden Staples a vandal? Yes. Is he a dick? Absolutely. Is he the worst criminal this country has ever seen? Not by a long shot, and that makes his excessively high bail so puzzling. The 19-year old is sitting in jail on a $6 million bond for shooting a gay nightclub with a paintball gun. Seriously, six million dollars!

KCRA reports that police arrested the Stockton, CA teen and charged him with 7 felonies including making terrorist threats with a hate crime enhancement. They say he made threats against the staff at St. Mary’s High School on social media and shot the outside of a gay nightclub with a paintball gun.

Yet Obama has routinely released violent criminals from prison.  It seems more and more as if the courts are trying to lay the whip on people who aren't going to be a problem this kid.  Mooslims and Mejicans might create problems so to show them who's boss, the little guy gets busted big time.  Its the same thinking that goes with if we just don't use bad words, terrorists won't attack us.  Some might call it wishful thinking.
