Hunted for the murder of his 16-year-old wife

Domestic. A 16-year-old girl who came to Sweden as an unaccompanied refugee children found dead in a wooded area in southern Stockholm. Now the 38-year-old, who according to Aftonbladet 's girl's husband, detained in absentia on suspicion of murder.
 
It was the 30th May as a dog owner discovered the corpse, which had been covered by moss and twigs in a forest in Hökarängen in southern Stockholm.

detained in absentia on suspicion of murder.

How can someone be detained if they don't have them....
