Tom Craddick is mine.  Not sure if he would or not.  But it it is introduced...it's gonna have to come from West or Central Texas IMHO.

Traditionally...at least in my opinion they've been the more conservative areas of an almost red state.

Not going to come from the San Antonio...Houston or Austin areas unless they've become more conservative since I was there last.

I thought that was the mechanism.
Through the state legislatures.
I think that has happened in a number of states, but I do not know the number.
Has Texas already done so?

Several have already passed the bill.

Several other states have drafted legislation...but it's being blocked by the Senate Majority Leader or a committee chairman.

18 so far.  Texas is one of the 18 with a standing call for a convention.
