Yes he did say he was funding his primary Campaign. In almost every rally he said that and that he was not going to fund the General. so Point one, its not a flip its consistent, and 2 he never said he was self-funding the NEXT campaign only the primary. Its all in your head that the two separate campaigns are the same.
