Doublespeak. Noun. Language that deliberately obscures, disguises, distorts, or reverses the meaning of words.

To the laughter and bewilderment of the press, retired Navy Rear Admiral turned State Dept spokesperson John Kirby actually stood at a podium recently and claimed that Obama and his administration never said there would be no boots on the ground in Syria.

How does anyone still believe the b.s. coming out of this government?

Because not only did they say it, but now Obama is putting boots on the ground guess where?

That’s right.

Here is another of those government things that makes me explode like a supernova.  Politicians lying about things they have said or done and then deny having said or done them.  That is such an insult to the intelligence it is almost impossible to see straight.  Can't these lying SOBs every admit they aren't gods who are fallible like the rest of the low lifes they lord over.  What is it about Washington that suddenly makes idiots, such as myself, omniscient and omnipotent?  How do they become so wise and above mistakes simply by being in the District of Corruption?  :soangry: :bs: :#@$%: *mad*
