Very cool, @Cripplecreek. I've never seen anything like that.
Me neither, and I actually lived there....
Now it's pouring.
Right on the corner of US 12 and South Jackson Rd. Maybe about a half mile from Flavor Fruit Farm.
I heard on the radio this morning that there were water rescues in San Antonio.
Only a bit over 3 weeks before I start moseyin on down yonder to get out of Michigan winter. Hope that crazy weather leaves before I get to SA beginning of Nov.
It's kind of chilly outside...53 degrees!
It's 26 and snowing here, got about 5-6 inches overnite...some mornings I miss Texas.
Accuweather says it's "cloudy" now and for the next few hours but it's raining and thundering like crazy right now.
Yeah, the weather missed where I am for the most part, but some places north of here got 5+ inches of rain and some hail.
In West Texas...we didn't even get a dust storm out of it.
Torrential rain in Houston. But that's nothing new.
Which is unusual
Well of course my definition of a dust storm is when the street lights come on...lol.
I hate rainy springs in SE Texas. Mowing becomes an issue.
