Actual meme spread by Team Trump today
« on: April 20, 2016, 09:43:29 pm »

Original caption:
Donald Trump DID NOT confuse 911 with "711." In fact, 711 is the engine company, closest to the Twin Towers and first on the scene on September 11th (as seen in the Naudet brothers film).
***Spread this far and wide!***

For the record: this is not at all true.

However, it does show a perfect example of the kind of blatant hoaxes the Trump campaign is willing to disseminate to defend him when the facts are against them. This was shared by Carl Paladino, one of the key men responsible for Trump's New York campaign yesterday. Instead of admitting it as a silly gaffe, someone completely made up this cover story, and team Trump ran with it.

Come on, people: you're being had.

Trump knows his supporters are saps.
Roy Moore's "spiritual warfare" is driving past a junior high without stopping.

AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

What is the difference between Trump and grapes?

You take off your boots to stomp on grapes.

"I love the old days, you know? You know what I hate? There's a guy totally disruptive, throwing punches, we're not allowed punch back anymore. ... I'd like to punch him in the face, I'll tell ya." –Donald Trump on how he would handle a protester in Nevada, sparking roaring applause from the audience, February 22, 2016

"There may be somebody with tomatoes in the audience. If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you? Seriously. Okay? Just knock the hell -- I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees." –Donald Trump, encouraging violence at his rallies, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Feb. 1, 2016
