The official number of illegal aliens in the state of California is nearly 3 million. We can estimate the number to be more than double this amount in reality.

Over half of all drivers license issued in California were given to individuals who are here illegally and the state automatically registers those with a driver’s license to vote.

In 2015, California Governor Jerry Brown (D-CA) signed a bill giving full voting rights to illegal aliens. This gives them the right to vote in all elections from a local level to national elections, including that of choosing who will become President.

The biggest problem with this is it is against Federal law for non-citizens to vote in any national election. This in itself negates the votes made by illegal aliens in California and any other state which allows them to vote.

According to the law in California, which gives Illegal aliens the right to vote along with the Federal law that prohibits them from participating in national elections, we must conclude that all votes cast in California for President of the United States be considered null and void. What this means is the state of California's votes, both in the upcoming primaries and the general election, have to be disqualified.

In all fairness to the candidates running for president, and abiding by Federal law, the Federal government simply must prohibit California votes from counting until which time the state can prove that no illegal alien vote was cast in national elections.

The state has the right to permit them to vote in local and state elections if they choose, but not in national elections.

Since the sheer number of illegal aliens voting in California is astounding and is more than likely double that of legal citizens voting, the tally from the primaries must be held up and no delegates awarded.

What we have here in disqualifying California from national elections is, aside from it being against Federal law to allow non citizens to vote, would be keeping people who have no right to be here in the first place from influencing the outcome of elections nationally. The simple fact that they are here in this country illegally supersedes them from having any rights as legal citizens in making decisions as to who runs our country.

No country in the world allows individuals who are non citizens to vote in any election.

It is time the US abides by the constitutional laws of the land or become a nation of chaos where we pick and choose what laws we will obey and disregard the ones we happen not to agree with.

The moral issue is we must stand as a nation of values based on what makes us unique to the rest of the world and refuse to degrade our country to the substandard level socialist politicians wish to sink us to.

If the law is adhered to, the California votes must be ignored.

Illegal Immigration Statistics in California

California has the largest number of illegal immigrants in the United States, with an estimated 2.4 million unauthorized immigrants making up about 6.3 percent of the state’s total population, according to the Pew Research Center.

While the number of illegal immigrants in California continues to rise, the increase in other areas of the country is happening at a much faster rate. The nationwide average increase in illegal immigrant populations was about 250 percent from 1990 to 2007, the Pew study said. In California, the rise was 88 percent.

In the early 1990s, California had over 40 percent of the total illegal immigrant population in the country. That rate had fallen to just about 23 percent by 2007. California saw a decline in illegal immigration from 2009 to 2012.

The Pew Research Center attributed the fall in the numbers of illegal immigrant populations in California to the fact that more immigrants are simply moving to other states. In 2012, while California had more numbers than any other state, the highest percentage of the overall population went to Nevada, where unauthorized immigrants accounted for 7.6 percent of the state’s population.

The Migration Policy Institute estimated the number of illegal immigrants living in California to be much higher than the Pew Research Center's estimate. The Migration Policy Institute estimated a little more than 3 million undocumented residents living in the state. Of those, 70 percent are from Mexico. About 412,000 come from Asian countries. Another 480,000 come from Central America and China.

Illegal immigration in California brings in high numbers of marginally educated immigrants. About 11 percent of the adults who are undocumented immigrants in California are believed to have a college level education, according to the Migration Policy Institute. About 32 percent have a high school diploma or some college. That leaves 57 percent with education below the level of a high school diploma or GED.

Illegal Immigrants Account for Over Half of California Driver’s Licenses Issued in 2015

Fifty-two percent of all new driver’s licenses issued in the state of California thus far this year have been awarded to illegal immigrants.

According to the Associated Press, the California Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed Friday that approximately 397,000 licenses had been issued to illegal immigrants in the first six months of 2015 after a law went into effect allowing the DMV to issue licenses to undocumented immigrant workers in the state.

In total, 759,000 licenses were issued by the DMV in the first half 2015, a more than 174 percent increase over the 435,000 licenses handed out in the first six months of 2014.

Officials estimate that 1 million more illegals to whom the law applies will become applicants for licenses over the next three years.

Assembly Bill 60, which was passed in 2013 and went into effect in January, requires the DMV to “issue an original driver’s license to a person who is unable to submit satisfactory proof that the applicant’s presence in the United States is authorized under federal law.”

California Gov. Jerry Brown held two ceremonies to celebrate his signing of the law in 2013 during which he described the state as a “dream.”

In order to become an applicant for the licenses, illegal immigrants covered by the law must pass a driving test and prove their residency and identity. Since the law took effect, 687,000 individuals have applied for the licenses, which are marked differently than those given to U.S. citizens in the state so that individuals who use them cannot board airplanes or perform other tasks that require federal identification.

Between Jan. 2 and June 30, more than 1.1 million illegals covered by the law took written driver’s tests and 436,000 have also submitted to road driving tests.

Interesting question.  Who would have standing to sue, because quite plainly the Obama administration isn't going to do anything about it.

The Republican nominee might—if he did it quickly enough (assuming the Democrat wins). So, too, would any candidate for federal office in the district.

However, the problem with any lawsuit is that the President is not directly selected by the voters, but through the Electoral College. The popular vote merely demands that the electors be pledged to a certain candidate (and I'm not sure what California law has in terms of penalties for disobeying that pledge). The most a lawsuit could likely do is unbind those electors—making them free to vote for whoever they please.

If we're thinking of taking 55 electors off the Democrats' board with something like this, it'd be highly unlikely.

I'll have to think about it.  You raise some interesting points.

I just checked my state only requires a no photo ID it can even be a bank statement or utility bill.  The Democratic party has been sending out this list of states illegals can vote in.  Are you sure that they can't vote in other states?  This is illegal.  How can they do this?

AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

I posted the information.  I was hoping someone would be able to distinguish if they were talking state and local elections or whether all those non residents are going to determine our General Presidential Election?

Reading the original article, the accusation is more along the lines that by giving illegals licenses, they will be able to (technically) illegally vote in all elections. Democrats won't be much motivated to stop them either.

Those elections will determine which way the presidential election goes. Of course, I doubt anybody would say that California would actually go red otherwise, but it can still influence other elections, state legislature, house of reps, maybe senate, etc.

Yes, but I posted some other links that say other states as well allow non citizens to vote.  Democrats are distribution a list.  Is that the Presidential election?

Last I checked, absolutely no states officially allows illegals to vote, except maybe in municipal elections.

However, that doesn't mean that they don't just turn the other way when/if they do.

Which is how illegals vote in elections.
