Creating a fake letter doesn't make sense as Kasich did vote for this ban- https://www.govtrack.us/congress/votes/103-1994/h156 ), However, this has been floating all over facebook for about a week and the legitimacy of it is in question. Point one, that looks nothing like Bill's signature (too clean and rounded, Bill had bad handwriting). Point two, the formatting doesn't look like other letter's from Clinton when he was President (example, location of signature and salutation lines, etc. the other thing is the White House seal is not on the letter but that may be due to cropping.
Example of an official letter from Clinton from just 5 months before this.

As you've shown, Clinton used different signatures.  Has Kasich refuted this letter?  He did vote for the ban, so it's moot anyhow.

He's a proven gun-grabber.

Thus my first sentence. It makes no sense to create a fake letter but evidence makes it appear so...

....unless it is to change the topic of discussion away from Kasich's vote (just thought of that angle).

So to repeat the main point- the letter doesn't matter, the vote did and Kasich did vote for it.

Anyone who voted for it or supported it should be called out.

Nope, you read it correctly. Kasich voted for it and anyone who voted or supported the AWB should be called on the carpet.  Anyone.
