Sarah Palin's home for sale  Price: $2.499 million

http://www.bankrate.com/lite/real-estate/celebrity-house-for-sale-sarah-palin-3.aspx

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has listed her Scottsdale, Arizona, home for sale, according to Realtor.com. She bought the home in 2011 for $1.7 million.

Palin remodeled the home, which now features a pool, putting green, lighted sports court, media room and a wine cellar.

Amenities
•7,971 square feet
•6 bedrooms
•7 full bathrooms
•4.41 acres

Without her regular media gigs, it is probably too costly to keep up multiple residences. Around June it begins about 3-4 months with daily highs of 100 F or higher.

She put her chips of the Donald Trump betting line. Should he fail, he probably committed to still help her out.

The pool was there when she bought the house in 2011.  I remember because it was ugly!
The previous owners, must have gotten in foreclosure, because in 2010, they paid $800K+
Then, sold to Sarah in 2011 for $1.6 mi!!ion. Unreal!

Yeah, I guess just about anything someone does - even putting a house on the market - can be construed to have some devious or ulterior motive.  It couldn't be that the Palins just didn't want to own the house anymore.  **nononono*

Some people are hating Palin because she endorsed the one they obsessively hate on 24/7 - and so, everything she does is now viewed through the lens of that emotion.  She's selling her house - "good, I hope that means she's hurting - she endorsed Trump!".  Blah, Blah, Blah.......some awful bitter people......never promote their candidate.......can't talk or think about anything else.....get a life people....

Nice house and nice return on initial investment (she originally bought it for $1.7 Million), however, I hate to be rude but they really need a new photographer. 4.5 acres in Scottsdale at almost 8K ft2, that's a pretty good deal.
