Yes, Trump University helped illegal immigrants including teaching them how to buy a home.  All things to all people.

An instructor at Donald Trump's Trump Entrepreneur Initiative—originally known as Trump University—once offered advice about how illegal immigrants can purchase homes in the United States. Real estate agent Tina Merritt wrote a blog post for the Trump Blog in April 2010 titled "Can an Illegal Immigrant Buy a Home in the United States?" Merritt explained that the answer was "yes."

It's perfectly legal for foreigners to buy homes in the US.  Heck, there are a lot of homes that have been sold to wealthy Chinese over the last 20 years.

It's perfectly legal for foreigners to buy homes in the US.  Heck, there are a lot of homes that have been sold to wealthy Chinese over the last 20 years.

The problem is for those who are not holding a legal visa or tax identification number to get one, how are they doing it? Identity theft is the big issue. Getting a TIN is the first way an illegal immigrant can get set up but they commit fraud in doing so because immigration status is questioned.

I'd figure they simply view the house and then buy it via the means necessary as if they were in their home country.
