proceed with military action because when it comes to ground battle, Saudi Arabia will suffer defeat,' said Ayatollah Rafsanjani.

He said that like all countries, where elections are held, in Iran different factions are launching election campaign in the run-up to the election.

On the economic plans and reforms of the government of President Hassan Rouhani, Ayatollah Rafsanjani said once sanctions are lifted, many countries would like to go ahead with engagement, technical, industrial, commercial and economic cooperation with Iran, can expand bilateral commercial and economic relations on a constructive engagement and irrespective of international obstacles.

Ayatollah Rafsanjani told Denmark foreign minister that suitable opportunity has been provided for Denmark to make investment in production of certain essential items of the region such as insulin, or wind turbines in Iran.

He said the Islamic Republic of Iran considers no limit for cooperation with Denmark.

He said general policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the 20-year Vision Plan for economic development as well as amendment to Article 44 of the Constitution emphasize strengthening the private sector.

Jensen for his part voiced pleasure with visiting Iran and meeting Ayatollah Rafsanjani and said, 'Your Excellency is a wise and very influential personality in the Islamic Republic of Iran diplomacy.'

He said Denmark is ready to expand cooperation with Iran, adding: 'Iran is one of the most beautiful countries of the region and I am confident that by implementing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and after return of economic vibrancy to countries, grounds will be available for mutual cooperation.'

Pointing to important stand of Iran about settlement of the Syrian dispute, he said, 'The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the active members in defense of the rights of the Syrian people and one of the wisest way to solve the problem is holding elections. We hope Iran will play an effective role in the democratic process.'

He said Denmark's experience in insulin production for the Middle East region, where there are high number of the diabetic patients, is necessary.

He added that Danish related insulin production companies are ready to contribute to the issue in Iran.

Iran can serve as a hub for insulin production in the region and 'we have all necessary capacity for cooperation.'
