I call foul. That song is over 40 years old and (with due respect to the Counting Crows, whose work I like, but not to Vanessa Carlton, who is horrible and adds nothing of substance) Joni Mitchell does it far better.

I like the Crow's update myself but I do agree that Carlton adds nothing to it. There was/is a version out there without her.
P.S. So I guess Florence and the Machine's cover of Addicted to Love doesn't belong either?
