New poll finds Clinton leads Walker in Wisconsin
Published  2:24 PM CDT Apr 16, 2015

MILWAUKEE —A new Marquette University Law School poll finds Hillary Clinton leading a possible presidential matchup against Gov. Scott Walker.

However, Walker leads Republicans in the presidential race. Forty percent support a Walker run while 10 percent favor Rand Paul, 8 percent for Jeb Bush, and 6 percent each for Chris Christie and Ted Cruz.

The poll finds that among Wisconsin voters, Clinton leads Walker 52 percent to 40 percent.

The poll also showed that Walker's approval rating in the state has slipped. The most recent poll showed a 41 percent approval rating, compared to 49 percent in October.

Looking at a possible 2016 Senate race, former Sen. Russ Feingold leads Sen. Ron Johnson 54 percent to 38 percent.

The poll interviewed 803 registered voters between April 7-10.

That's nothing. They're working on a new poll for next week. Here are the results:

New poll finds Clinton more popular than God

Good, huh?

Seriously folks.  If Clinton is the only candidate that the GOP needs to worry about; I would say things are looking pretty darn good.  It has been reported that the "tweets" she's gotten are phony.  She's a has been.  She's a liar.  She's a cheater.  Some people never change.

How do you explain away the fact she has been leading in most polls, going back months? The polls are similar, yet come from a variety of polling companies.

Her polled lead would be consistent with Obama's two wins. The GOP have lost the popular vote in 5 of the last 6 general elections. I believe people that express opinions like yours, have difficulty differentiating your own feelings (and maybe hopes), from what may well be the national majority opinion.

That would be a mindset within the "deep but narrow" type, mistaking depth for width.

Perhaps a variety of liberal polling companies.  Polls that I've been paying attention to show Hillary losing popularity.  As for the national majority; I really think you need to consider what happened during the mid term elections.

Well, remember, Clinton was also leading by similar margins in the Democratic primary at this point in 2007. Her support is based on name recognition alone. I suspect her support will erode as the election comes closer.

Interesting.
I guess the remaining republican 36% are voting for Hillary.
