NINETEEN POINT DECLARATION OF THE GERMAN PEGIDA MOVEMENT

PEGIDA (Patriotic Europeans against the Islamization of the West) stands for:
1. We are IN FAVOUR OF harbouring war refugees and those who are being persecuted for political or religious reasons. It is our human duty!
2. We are IN FAVOUR OF anchoring both the rights and the duties of integration within the Fundamental Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (up till now it only guarantees the right of asylum).
3. We are IN FAVOUR OF a decentralized accommodation of war refugees and persecuted persons instead of their being housed in (temporary) hostels unfit for human habitation!
4. We are IN FAVOUR OF an agreement among all European countries whereby refugees are fairly distributed according to the economic and social capabilities of all member states of the European Union (centrally organized refugee registration authority similar to tha applying the Königstein Code whereby refugees are distributed among the states of Federal Germany).
5. We are IN FAVOUR OF a readjustment of the social care ratio for those seeking asylum (number of refugees per social care worker – which is at present approximately 200 : 1, i.e. practically no care at all for persons many of wshome are traumatized).
6. We are IN FAVOUR OF asylum application procedures based on the models applied in The Netherlands or Switzerland, and, until such have been implemented, IN FAVOUR OF a raise in funds for the BAMF (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge / Federal Burean for Migration and Refugees), in order to achieve a massive reduction in application and processing times and make a more rapid integration possible.
7. We are IN FAVOUR OF increasing funds allocated to the Police and AGAINST any reductions in their staff!
8. We are IN FAVOUR OF interpreting and applying all present laws in the context of asylum and repatriation.
9. We are IN FAVOUR OF a zero tolerance policy as regards asylum applicants and immigrants who have committed criminal offences.
10. We are IN FAVOUR OF resisting any political ideology which is inimical to women and open to the use of violence, but we are NOT AGAINST Muslims living among us and accepting our values.
11. We are IN FAVOUR OF immigration based on the examples of Switzerland, Australia, Canada or South Africa.
12. We are IN FAVOUR OF sexual autonomy.
13. We are IN FAVOUR OF the preservation and protection of our western culture in the context of its Christian / Jewish background.
14. We are IN FAVOUR OF referendums in the manner of those initiated and held by the citizens of Switzerland.
15. We are AGAINST supplying weapons to anticonstitutional and forbidden organizations such as the PKK for example.
16. We are AGAINST allowing parallel societies or parallel legal systems in our midst such as Sharia courts, Sharia police, (unconstitutional) justices of the peace etc.
17. We are AGAINST the obsessive idiocies of »gender mainstreaming« also termed »genderization«, which are aiming at the sex/gender neutralization of our language in an unnecessary and almost compulsive fashion!
18. We are AGAINST radicalism of any kind, whether religious or political!
19. We are AGAINST hate preachers, no matter to what religion they belong.
