I don't know if it is the color or the garment, but Dr. Spock is looking very haggard and worn out. He looks ill.
 
I don't know if he is back on drugs or not, but my goodness, he sure looks like he is. The dude just looks unheathy.
 
This advanced aging can't be due to working. When he actually bothers to show up for work, it is usually just a couple of hours a day.
