The xmas tree looks familiar....did they borrow it from Charlie Brown and Lucy?   LOL!

:silly: :silly: :silly:  That's exactly what I was thinking!  I guess they splurged on the dolls, tea set and the little red and chrome table and chairs and had nothing left for the tree.  But hey, if you put enough tinsel on it.....it makes it look fuller.

I know that this was sometime ago, and memories may be fading, but do you recall any neighbors complaining about missing landscaping?

Good question Luis!  Knowing my parents, I would not discount the possibility.  However, from the looks of the tree, I think they might have done someone a favor!

That reminds me of the time in the late 70s when my brother, sister and my sister's best friend crammed themselves into our Ford Pinto, went to a Christmas tree lot late on Christmas Eve - and proceeded to steal a tree. Three people and a pine tree, all stuffed into a Pinto.

I'm glad I wasn't there.

Thanks!  Yes, I hope one of my boys has a set (or both!).  Our larger family has a lot of twins - on Mrs. Lando's side as well.

I'm going to have to look for earlier pictures.

With Michael Medved, early 2005:

Late 2006 (I look pretty much the same now, except older):

I hadn't known or heard of "Throwback Thursday".   Started seeing Facebook "friends" post olde time pics and now understand why.  LOL!

Don't and won't post any pics on Facebook....I'm strictly a lurker.  Don't even have a completed profile with a picture.

TBR is my "facebook".....and love sharing time with the best "friends" anybody could want.

Thank you Lando.   And thank you all!

Going through this thread for old times' sake.
