I just noticed this thread. I haven't been watching much of the Oscars, so missed quite a bit of good stuff.

My son had them play Wind Beneath My Wings as I walked down the aisle when he got married. Bette Middler can sing! She's not as homely now as she used to be. Must have had a do-over.
