This might be the best IQ test for 2014! All questions are refined by the creators of mbti123.com - carefully selected 20 questions.

It's hard to academically define Intelligence Quotient so please do NOT compare the result with results of other online IQ tests. Normally you'll get a lower score since this test is NOT easy! :)

I haven't even been drinking yet and only scored 100....I had several "I don't know" answers.....

I used to play with IQ tests when I was a kid, almost all of these are the same type of pattern games they always use. Once you figure out the regular patterns, they are a breeze.

There was a short test used by employers, to approximate "IQ." Called Wunderlick, and remarkably close to results from bigger tests.

The military used a battery of aptitude tests, but one was IQ.

I had two IQ test in 4th grade. All of these tests were close together, for me.

I did hit I don't know three times though. Once by accident and twice when I simply couldn't see the pattern.

Sober self scored 130.

I had no clue what the answer was on several of the patterns, so I just guessed.

ahem... 170.  But it took me over an hour to work out some of the patterns.  I usually score in the 140-ish territory in iQ tests.

Not necessarily.  If the correct answer isn't one of the given possible answers, then "I don't know" would have to be the only correct answer by default.

170, but I gave up on three of the questions and answered "I don't know" because I got tired of staring at the numbers (two of them) and letters (the last one) and didn't feel like spending any more time on it.

That was one of the ones I hit "I don't know" for. The fact I am totally red colorblind may have had an effect.

I wouldn't know about that, but if you were to go back and look at them again, knowing what the pattern is, could you discern the differences on the basis of contrast or value?

Yep. Saw it straight away this time (hit "I don't know" until I got to that one). The red they use is awkward, it comes out as a very light grey for me, so I had to squint a bit to pick up the pattern, but it is there.

A true IQ test is a score derived from one of several standardized tests designed to assess intelligence. yah....there were a couple of those that were too esoteric for me, and a couple of the patterns I could not make any sense of at all.  For all I know, "I don't know" was the only right answer....

I tired of the test after about the 4th what comes next question and just clicked radom answers the last half without reading the question. Scored 80 which is average anyway.

Just who are the guys promoting the test?  I posted the test on another forum and there were a couple of responses of interest.





Neither of which are a problem.  But the following certainly is.  Same deal for a score of 0 or 50.
