Vice President Joe Biden is looking to a higher power when it comes to the success of HealthCare.gov.

“The truth is, we’re going to fix it,” he said of the website while meeting with volunteers in Houston. “God willing,” he later added.

En route to Panama, Biden stopped in Houston to deliver an infrastructure speech at the port there and then addressed about 50 people from Houston-area groups who are volunteering to help enroll and educate people about the Affordable Care Act.
