For Aaron Rodgers, Vindication Has A Pittsburgh Accent
The Steelers quarterback brought the receipts.

Quote
And for his final act, Aaron Rodgers blasted Anthony Fauci on ESPN.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, ostensibly playing out his last season in the league, gave Pat McAfee a response for the ages when asked how he’s feeling about the year ahead.

“I’m gonna plead the fifth. Like that absolute coward Tony Fauci. Absolute coward. Are you kidding me? … What are you scared of Tony? I thought you were science?”  ...

But the 42-year-old veteran didn’t stop there. For his own two minutes of hate, he tore into “The Science,” the network covering it, and the gaslighting that came bundled with both:

How much time did they spend on that? How much time did they spend on my responses every week, on my vaccination status, on Taylor and Travis’s wedding? Did they do even a minute on Tony Fauci? I bet they didn’t. … What are you gonna say about me now?
... Now, four years later, training camp is underway, the sun’s out over Latrobe, the Steelers haven’t laid a finger on him for saying any of it, and Anthony Fauci’s little girl diary just got read into the Congressional record. I’d wager Aaron Rodgers is having a pretty good week.  ...

Gay guy has a crush on Fauci, or what? It's confusing, but he's bigtime mad at Rodgers.

I stopped watching football several years ago (protesting something I can't remember, lol) and never started again. I'm just surprised he's still playing.

Yep, so the article says. But looks like he is 42 which is old in "football years". Maybe that's normal these days. Maybe he's had a good frontline.

He said this will be his last season. I'm loving the hysterical reactions people have to him.

If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
