Rhamell Burke, age 32, was indicted for second degree murder after prosecutors and police said he came up behind 76 year old Ross Falzone at the 18th Street subway station in Chelsea (Manhattan) on May 7, 2026, and shoved him down the stairs without provocation. Falzone died hours later at Bellevue Hospital from severe head trauma and a brain bleed.
