John Thune reported earlier that he visited McConnell in the hospital and that he was responsive.  His chief of staff reported that he was actively following Senate business from his hospital bed.  I think someone may be lying here.

Do you mean to tell me that my tax dollars have been used to keep him on life support in ICU for three weeks when he has zero chance of recovery?  All while his fellow politicians and staff have been lying this whole time?

Can you imagine the cost of that hospital bill?
