The problem with a SCOTUS ruling ... it's only precedent, not law.
If SCOTUS can re-do the precedent set by Roe v Wade, they can reset any precendent.
What is needed is a law, specifically Constitutional Law ... an Amendment.
If they entered the US illegally, deport them.
If they overstayed their visa, deport them.
If they entered the US on a visa, and apply for (some bull$h!t United Nations) refugee or asylum status only AFTER entering the US or AFTER their visa expiration, deport them for immigration fraud.
Refugee and asylum should be adjudicated before they enter the US. Application of asylum or refugee status is just an abused legal delay tactic so they can stay in the US while their immigration status remains in limbo.
The first question when I got off the plane in Tahiti and in Barbados ... "when's your flight home? And please show us the airline ticket or provide the flight number."
