Put them in stockades on the National Mall so we can pelt them with rotten eggs and tomatoes.  A good ol' fashioned Puritanical shaming is warranted.

Stop depositing their staffers' paychecks.  The one thing a Congressman needs more than free TV time are competent staffers.
