Honey, I shrunk the government: Trump quietly downsizes federal bureaucracy, and it's historic
'Workforce is smaller today than at any point since 1966'

The days of peak DOGE may be over, but Trump's quiet transformation of the federal bureaucracy continues.

The Trump administration shrank the federal workforce to its smallest number since the launch of LBJ's Great Society. This incredible stat, little remarked upon by the media, was dredged up by X user Christian Heiens.

"Since Trump took office, over 352,000 Federal employees have been fired, resigned, or retired and were not replaced," Heiens wrote on X. "The Federal workforce is smaller today than at any point since 1966."

352,000 employees removed X $50,000 per average savings = $17,600,000,000 savings.

Not a bad start!
Scientists, like all discoverers of truth, have always asked, "What?” “How?” “Why?” “What if?” and “Why not?” Questioning science is science.

Money on defense?   $60B alone there.

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.  Note:  Posts may also be allegorical in nature, and not literal.
