On Sunday, California Governor Gavin Newsom let his inner racist slip out in Atlanta. He’s been on the road promoting his new autobiography and giving America a sneak peek at his 2028 presidential campaign. Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens welcomed Newsom, who spoke about himself in front of a mostly black crowd. That’s when the tone-deaf pandering started. Newsom tried to convince attendees that he was just like them. How? He explained that he had a below-average SAT score and lacked the ability read.

Posters say Newsom’s lack of ‘reading’ skills extends beyond his dyslexia.

He just came back from Germany, so he no doubt possesses a passport. Why worry about the prospect of voter ID if he has a passport proving his citizenship?

This seems like a good time to remind you that a black student in Mississippi is 2.5X more likely to read proficiently by 4th grade than if he or she lived in California. We would be happy to send one of our reading coaches to assist you, @GavinNewsom. Learning is a lifelong journey, and you might achieve some of the gains that our black fourth graders have.
Incidentally, one nice feature of increased literacy is that you do not have to fall back on vulgarity to seem passionate.

With California Gov. Gavin Newsom continuing to claim he suffers from dyslexia, a reporter asking for proof of his diagnosis has been told to "f*** off" by the Democrat's communications director.

The question came from Susan Crabtree of Real Clear Politics, who lives in California and asked for any paperwork confirming his dyslexia, a learning disability involving difficulties in acquiring and processing language that is typically manifested by a lack of proficiency in reading, spelling, and writing.

"Newsom has also said he was diagnosed with dyslexia in 1972 – that would be when he was five or six. Is there anything the governor can point to as proof of this?" Crabtree asked.

He's just like me ... only, I got a 1240 on my SAT's, 29 on my ACT, and 96th percentile on the Social Studies Achievement Exam ... but, I couldn't afford to attend college, and I did not have a connected rich white privileged daddy.

Penguin-Random House's Penguin and Random House divisions have both been around since the 1920s. They're among the largest book publishers in the US (ignoring the US government and the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society). P-RH may be funneling $$$ to Noisome in the form of a book deal, but supporting the occasional Democrat is not their primary business.

My opinion is that Noisome "merely" was trying to identify with his audience and whether on- or off-script, wound up with his foot so deep in his mouth he had teeth marks near his knee.
