Austin mass shooter Ndiaga Diagne once mowed down a pedestrian in Brooklyn while driving recklessly, disabling her for life, according to a lawsuit.

The suit, filed May 25, 2017, in The Bronx, where Diagne lived at the time, alleges the wannabe jihadist was driving a company car on Flatbush Avenue on Jan. 30, 2016, when his vehicle “made contact” with pedestrian Jennifer Antoine, seriously injuring her.

The suit alleges that both Diagne and the company that owned the car, Hurricane Management Corp, were “negligent, careless, reckless, grossly negligent in the ownership, operation, management, maintenance, repair, inspection and control” of the vehicle
