Both Frey and Timmy have stated that they wouldn't comply with immigration laws  -- and yes they absolutely interfered with the feds trying to do their jobs so that is obstruction.  They need to be brought up on fraud charge as well and Omar needs to be impeached and charged. 

Treason and obstruction of justice is a good beginning....fraud charges will just be the icing on the cake.
