Since Amazon has nearly 200 facilities in California,
https://amzprep.com/fba-locations/ , this sounds like Amazon closed down a facility that is old and not worth upgrading to current standards - insulation, modern HVAC, wiring safety, etc.. Since Amazon has quite a few other facilities in the San Bernardino and Riverside area it is possible that many/most will simply transfer over to one of those other facilities. Looking at Amazon's jobs pages for zip code 92407, they have quite a few jobs of varying types listed for that area (15 mile radius).
All in all, I think the video is mountainizing a molehill. Amazon closes facilities when buildings are old and not worth updating, leases end, and suppliers and demand shift, and open new facilities. In the case of this San Bernardino facility, if it was old and not worth upgrading, Amazon would have closed it anyway, just a little later (maybe).
