Considering the ever increasing National Debt, and the constant push to continue to fund programs riddled with fraud, it is a matter of National Security to identify and shut down the hundreds of billions being stolen from taxpayers every year.

Our economy depends on it, and with that our ability to defend our nation.

Don't give money to Blue States without established financial conditions and controls.

SNAP needs to be a re-imbursement program for States that requires GAO-audited expense report submissions.  Or, the States get nothing.
