Islamic State-inspired terrorists Walid Saadaoui and Amar Hussein planned to shoot dead as many Jews as they could in north Manchester - even children playing at Prestwich schools.
As horrific as this part of the plan was - the gunning down of any Jews they came across with AK47s - these deaths were almost an afterthought, ‘appetisers’ according to Walid Saadaoui before his main course: a mass-casualty gun massacre at a pro-Israel march in Manchester.
In his own warped mind, the bloodbath he was planning was being carried out in the name of Allah and he would become what he yearned to be: a martyr.
Tunisia-born Walid Saadaoui, who hero-worshipped the mastermind of the devastating 2015 terror attacks in Paris, revealed shocking details of his planned attack to an undercover operative posing as a fellow Jihadi.
