All of this goes to my premise that actual rights no longer exist.
Do you have the right to carry a firearm even if you have a permit? Not until some judge gets to weigh in on it. In the meantime you can sit in jail having been arrested by police who hold your rights in utter contempt.
Do you have the right not to be kidnapped and abducted by police just because your name is similar to someone else's? Nope, they're going to get you anyway and you'll have to have some judge weigh in on your liberty.
Do you have the right not to be murdered by police just because they're afraid? Nope, the officer has more rights than you do and his department will support him if he kills someone in error.
In short, you think of whatever "right" you think you have and then realize that if tested by the police or other people in power you'll either submit to them or die.
Rights no longer exist. Freedom of Speech? Nope, that died during COVID.
The Right to Vote? That got erased by fraud in 2020.
The Right to Own property? Nope,
civil asset forfeiture did away with that one.
If the police show up on your property and demand entry to your home
can you kill them if they enter without a warrant?
That's a serious question. See, if they enter without a warrant then they ostensibly have
no authority to enter your home. And as mere armed intruders you supposedly have the right to defend yourself with necessary force.
Except that you don't.
Your entire set of rights is worthless if a cop feels like violating them. And then to add insult to injury you're expected to submit to this injustice until such time as a judge will get to rule on your rights and whether they exist.
In short,
rights no longer exist because if you act to assert those rights you'll likely end up dead.
Think about it.
