CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. - A raid on a Beverly Hills home has resulted in the largest fentanyl seizure in Citrus County history, putting two suspects behind bars and taking a significant arsenal of weapons off the streets.
Detectives with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) executed a search warrant at 760 West Barrymore Drive on Thursday, Dec. 4, following an investigation into alleged drug activity at the residence.
Authorities say they had identified Nicholas Isaiah Austin, 45, and Cailey Lee Fiore, 27, as active distributors of illegal narcotics in the area.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the search yielded a historic haul of illicit drugs. Investigators recovered 376.2 grams of fentanyl—a record amount for the agency.
