The ONLY justification the police could have for arresting him is that his 'Mike' ID was fake. But even then, they should have let him go because the casino didn't give due diligence the first time around. A legal action is based on legal identification, not on what that person looks like. If I put on a Trump mask and then rob a bank, they aren't going to arrest Trump over it because he looked like the robber.
The police
don't give a shit when actual evidence is counter to their predetermined narratives.
The cop showed up at the casino salivating at the prospect of getting an arrest and that's what he did. The man's innocence was
irrelevant because the cop was about to get an arrest and that made him look better to his superiors.
The man who was kidnapped and held against his will is lucky that the cop didn't beat him to death for "obstruction" or "resisting" because he
wouldn't go with the program (a popular cop excuse for beating up innocent people).
See, all that matters is that the cop goes home safe at the end of the day. And that he makes his quota.
