EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Two Rio Grande City men, one with gang ties, were arrested following a cocaine bust during a traffic stop, the Texas Department of Public Safety said Tuesday.

Salvador Garcia, Jr., 65, and Jose Ramon Delgado III, 39, both from Rio Grande City, were arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute more than 5kg of cocaine, according to a news release from DPS.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by ValleyCentral, DPS worked in collaboration with U.S. Border Patrol and other agencies as part of a criminal investigation.

By means of shrewd lies, unremittingly repeated, it is possible to make people believe that heaven is hell - and hell heaven. The greater the lie, the more readily it will be believed.

The receptivity of the masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan.
