Chicago man known as serial woman puncher arrested again: police
CHICAGO (WGN) — A Chicago man who police say has a lengthy record of random attacks against women, has been arrested again – this time with two felony counts of aggravated battery in a public place.
William Livingston, 32, was arrested Wednesday by members of the Chicago Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Police say Livingston was identified as the person who struck two women, a 40-year-old and a 29-year-old, on June 12 in the 2700 block of North Clark Street.
Nexstar’s WGN reported in early September that Livingston previously spent time in jail for punching several other women. That report came after Kathleen Miles, a mother of 11 kids from north suburban Lake Villa, said she was punched on Aug. 19 by a stranger while walking to the train with a co-worker along West Washington Avenue.
