Independent mayoral hopeful Andrew Cuomo is suddenly surging — and even topping socialist Democrat Zohran Mamdani in a one-on-one matchup — according to a stunning new poll released on the eve of Election Day.The AtlasIntel survey, published Monday afternoon, puts Mamdani at 43.9% and Cuomo nipping at his heels with 39.4%.
