California's 'Soft-on-DUI' Approach Sees Auto Death Skyrocket

California is coming under heavy scrutiny over its softer approach to Driving Under the Influence Offenses, with the Golden State seeing increasing numbers of road fatalities that have risen by more than 50% in the past decade. What has to change, though? We've got a few suggestions.
