And here the Marxists go again trying to overthrow the govt with their neo-Confederate insurrectionist coup while attempting to mask it with their lawyerly sounding language to portray some kind of legal legitimacy.
The Trump admin has repeatedly been validated by the higher courts that they are well within the law with their actions and policies despite collusion by lower courts with left wing activists to stop it. The confederate leftists nothing but a law unto themselves and will obey no lawful institution on their march to despotic dictatorship over this country.
And we know why that is. Getting rid of illegals, having a proper census, Red states redistricting like Blue states, drying up their gubmint ATM funding - all will make them a permanent minority and they know it, so they are preparing to play their final card.
What they don't understand is how limited their power base really is, and how quickly they will be put down if they go there. They are so outnumbered it's beyond comical once they stray outside their protected blue enclaves.
