Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37, a Cuban immigrant, was arrested by Dallas Police for the murder and beheading of an Indian-American in Texas.

The man was recently released from ICE custody and also has an immigration hold. Cobos-Martinez is currently being held at Dallas County Jail on a capital murder charge.

The case
On Wednesday, 9.30 am local time in Texas, officers responded to a stabbing call from the Downtown Suites motel on Samuell Boulevard. The officers found 50-year-old Chandra Nagamallaiah decapitated in the hotel room, according to the arrest affidavit.

Cobos-Martinez is currently being held at Dallas County Jail on a capital murder charge.

You read about these nightmares and think, how the hell does this happen in America? But then you dig a little, and it all points back to the same broken system that lets monsters walk free. That’s exactly what unfolded in Dallas this week, where a Cuban illegal immigrant named Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37, went full savage on his boss at the Downtown Suites motel. After a spat over a busted washing machine, this guy grabs a machete, chases down Chandra Nagamallaiah, 50, and hacks off his head right in front of the man’s horrified wife and son. Not content with that, he kicks the severed head across the parking lot like a soccer ball before chucking it in a dumpster. Witnesses said he looked like he was “in another orbit,” blood-soaked and unhinged, as if the devil himself took the wheel.




The beheading, the way he was killed in front of his wife and son, is too horrendous; it is definitely the rarest of rare cases, as his wife and son were watching this madness!!! How can someone be so angry and attack in this manner...The way he kicked his head...

At least ICE revealed where the problem was with this maniac roaming our streets!
