Excerpt:
Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) just revealed why Epstein survivors may never get the justice they deserve—and it’s a bombshell.

According to Massie, survivors who want to publicly expose the names of those who were part of Epstein’s dark world are being threatened with crippling lawsuits that could ruin them financially. He warned that if they named names directly, they’d be “sued into homelessness.”

This just keeps getting more weird.

But they'd better bring some receipts and corroborating evidence. We aren’t taking someone’s word about what happened 20 years ago if there’s nothing to back it up.

From the article:
But Massie didn’t stop there. He explained that he and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) are willing to step up and do what the survivors cannot—name names on the House floor under constitutional “speech or debate” immunity. This clause shields lawmakers from being sued for statements made in the course of official legislative business, giving them unique power to air out the truth.

Well let's get to it. stop stalling.

Massie and MTG are getting hammered by right wingers on Twitter-X for demanding the release of the Epstein list.  It is the strangest thing.

There are worse things in life than bankruptcy.  Drop names, dates, locations that can be corroborated by real investigative journalists.

Prince Randy Andy has already taken a fall.  Luckily for him, Harry and Meghan are the biggest targets for Royal Family angst these days.

I think they may be more afraid of being suicided than being sued.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16

That's heavy.   :pondering:

Does a statute of limitation apply to what would start with an accusation of statutory rape?

The prosecution didn't expand its focus beyond Epstein and his gal pal, so there is no list.  In reality,  Massie and MTG are demanding the release of something the "survivors" said they would create from their memories ----

All this will take to get rolling is for one "survivor" to press criminal charges itemizing where, when, what and who.

Then we can spend the next three years tracking every twist and turn and return the democrats to an ironclad trifecta majority --- for decades.

Depends on the jurisdiction involved.

I have no interest in this story anymore.

It has been hyped to irrelevancy.

I find it very difficult to believe that there would not be plenty of good lawyers who would be willing to defend Epstein's victims on a pro bono basis.  Left-leaning one who'd be delighted to defend against defamation suits from Republican politicians or big-business types, right-leaning ones who'd be delighted to defend against defamation suits from Democrat politicians or folks from the left-leaning non-profit sector, or even old-school feminists who would defend against any defamation suit to prevent the silencing of women, regardless of whose ox is being gored by the accuations.
And when they behead your own people in the wars which are to come, then you will know what this was all about.
