Three Louisiana police chiefs, a city marshal, and a businessman have been charged in a visa fraud scheme. A tip from Citizenship and Immigration Services prompted an investigation that resulted in serious allegations against Oakdale Police Chief Chad Doyle, Forest Hill Police Chief Glynn Dixon, former Glenmora Police Chief Tebo Onishea, Oakdale City Marshal Michael Slaney, and businessman Chandrakant Patel.
