EPA drafts rule to strike down landmark climate finding – Proposes to overturn the 2009 ‘endangerment finding,’ which underpins limits on emissions for vehicles & power plants
“If the endangerment finding fell, it would call into question essentially all or almost all of EPA’s regulation of greenhouse gases,” Revesz said....

Thomas Pyle, president of the Institute for Energy Research, a conservative think tank, said he fully supports the administration’s efforts to review the endangerment finding, saying that Congress never mandated the EPA to take action on the issue and that the agency instead relied on a single ambiguous Supreme Court case.

We just bought a 2023 vehicle, and it has a button to turn that thing off. We should have it permanently disabled.

I reckon it's safe to say that at least 95% of all car owners HATE this "feature".
Even the leftist ones.

This could become the sugar plum that gets this reg repeal through...!

Not always smart move taking a solid GOP representative out of the ranks with such a thin margin, but in Zeldin's case it was not just smart, but Spock-smart.

The guy is dismantling the most disgusting, out of control federal agency there is, one that stymies American manufacturing, farming and land usage.

And has been way out of its charter given it by Congress
