Court overturns abortion law based on judges' 'personal preference'
Majority, all leftists, exhibit a 'jaw-dropping exercise of judicial will,' in order to upend a 'duly enacted law' that they don't like

Wisconsin Supreme Court
A majority of the judges on a state supreme court's bench have exercised what has been determined to be their "personal preference" to overturn a "duly enacted" law banning abortion.

The details are documented a report at the Federalist, which pointed out the minority dissent in the case before the Wisconsin state Supreme Court noted even judges are supposed to follow the law, even if they don't like it.

The report explained, "In a decision deemed judicial activism and a 'power grab' by pro-life and judicial experts, the leftist-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday to nullify the Badger State's longstanding law barring abortion."

The 4-judge majority claimed "the legislature impliedly repealed" an 1849 law that made abortion a felony. There was no specific repeal.

It sounds exactly like when John Roberts single handedly approved Obamacare by declaring it a tax when no taxes were ever mentioned previously,

To be fair, Roberts did not approve Obamacare.  He simply ruled that as a tax, it would first have to go into effect before its Constitutionality could be challenged.  And had that challenge come, it is likely that Roberts would have ruled against it.  Unfortunately, the challenge never came.  Our Republican legislators support Obamacare just as much as Democrats.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

So which judge(s) knocked up who on the side?

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

This is just the fulfillment of a campaign promise. These judges were elected.

Maybe so. But that still didn't answer my question.
