Suppose Iran has already produced a nuclear weapon and has managed to sneak it into Mexico.  How hard to launch from Mexico and hit Houston, Dallas or San Diego, to name a few cities?  I say it is a possibility.

The cartels have been digging tunnels into America for decades, we just found one under construction. Of course I don’t think the cartels would approve of a nuke being taken through their tunnels, kind of whittles down your customer base.

Gatestone Institute senior fellow Gordon Chang is doubling down on his warning over the alliance between China and Iran, after new reports of Chinese cargo flights nearing Iranian airspace.

"We know this isn't good, because those planes are turning off their transponders as they approach Iranian airspace. China is sending something it doesn't want the world to know," Chang said on "Mornings with Maria" Thursday.

"It could be ammunition, could be drones, pretty unlikely about that," he detailed, "but it also could be nuclear weapons. We just don't know."

Chang reacted to a recent report, which claims at least five separate flights departing from China in three days flew west into Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan before falling off the radar as they neared Iran.

The Boeing 747 freighters reportedly indicated a final destination of Luxembourg, but the aircraft never appeared near European skies.

The meaning of UP TO is that there is a duration no longer than. UP TO is not a definite period of time and certainly is not exact as you said.

Trouble with a smuggled Chinese nuke is that once it detonates, the US will get air and ground samples which will tell them where the bomb was made = China doesn't want to start a nuclear war.

More likely they were bringing in some sort of protection for the hardened site - weapons, special troops something like that.
