FIRST ON FOX: Nashville police have released their final report on the Covenant School massacre – a targeted March 2023 attack on a Christian school by a transgender shooter who killed three third-graders and three adults.

Rather than a highly anticipated manifesto, the report found that killer Audrey Hale left behind numerous notebooks, art books and computer documents about her plans to commit the attack and gain notoriety, partly inspired by the Columbine school shooting in 1999.

Hale, the 28-year-old attacker and biological female, began "fantasizing" about and researching mass shootings as far back as 2017, according to investigators. A year later, she wrote "detailed fantasies" about shooting up the Isaac T. Creswell Middle Magnet School for the Arts, killing her father and killing her psychiatrist.

"In this case, a manifesto didn’t exist," the document reads. "Hale never left behind a single document explaining why she committed the attack, why she specifically targeted The Covenant, and what she hoped to gain, if anything, with the attack."

Instead, her motivations were scattered across those many notebooks and other writings, investigators found. They included an image showing more than two-dozen notebooks seized from Hale's car and bedroom. They also said she left a suicide note addressed to her parents.

The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) on Wednesday concluded its investigation into the Covenant School attack committed on March 27, 2023 by 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, who identified as a transgender man prior to killing six at the Christian school she once attended, sharing key findings about the investigation in a 48-page report.

Despite needing more than two years to complete its investigation, MNPD confirmed that “Hale acted alone during the attack itself,” and no one around the killer had knowledge she was planning the attack.

In total, the department found Hale’s parents, mental health providers, and the firearm retailers who sold her weapons bore no responsibility and had no prior knowledge of Hale’s plans.

Of note, MNPD did not use the word “transgender” in its report, but the department acknowledged Hale “gender identified as male and used he/him as preferred pronouns” prior to her death. ...

Hale, a 22-year mental health patient who The Star reported last year was twice considered for commitment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), was determined by MNPD to be sane when she claimed the lives of three 9-year-old students and three adult staff members.

According to the report, Hale was motivated by notoriety, and created “bedroom tapes,” in the style of the Columbine School killers, during which she apparently explained her forthcoming attack.  ...

MNPD also revealed that Hale began planning her attack in 2017, approximately six years before she would actualize her fantasy. ...

Sane, really? She pretends to be male, has a history of mental illness, and plots a murderous attack for six years, but she's deemed sane?

The long-awaited Metropolitan Nashville Police Department report on the twisted trans killer who stormed into a Nashville Christian elementary school and killed three children and three adults is nothing more than a “whitewash” of the facts, according to Michael Patrick Leahy, CEO and editor-in-chief of The Tennessee Star.

“I think the purpose of the report and the way it was written was to conceal that the motive was not notoriety but the hatred of Christian schools and the hatred of those who did not accept her identity as transgender,” Leahy told The Federalist Tuesday in a phone interview.

The editor’s Nashville-based news outlet has been on the forefront of covering the case of Audrey Elizabeth Hale, the 28-year-old woman masquerading as a man who took out her rage on Covenant School in late March 2023 in a horrific mass shooting. Hale’s deadly attack claimed the lives of three 9-year-olds and three staff members at the private Christian school. Responding police officers fatally shot the mass murderer mid killing spree.

I wonder how much of that garbage the shooter uttered in that piece was put there by "education" degrees she encountered in public school classrooms?

The Federal Bureau of Investigation on Thursday released over 100 pages of writings from Nashville Covenant School shooter Audrey Hale, who killed three children and three staff members in the 2023 shooting at the school.

Per Fox 17, the 112 pages that the FBI released were found by law enforcement in Hale’s car. The release comes after a long legal battle by The Tennessee Star and the Tennessee Firearms Association to make the documents available to the public.

Among the pages released by the FBI were redacted pages that had maps of the Covenant School, including the first floor and second floor, as well as lists of faculty members at the school and dates that the school was on break for the 2022/23 school calendar year. ...

Hale ranted on one page, "WE ARE ALL F*GS. Lesbians can be cute as long as they are feminine. Kill all the d*kes and all those firly boy f*ggots. WE ARE ALL F*GGOTS. WE ARE ALL QUEERS. Let all the black police hang us."

In another page, Hale considered pushing out the date of the shooting to April because "April reminds me of Columbina. It be nice to set in history of a date 3 days before" the date in which the Columbine High School shooting happened in 1999." ...
