Just saw this. So, I know what he will do because he did already. But based simply on his past decisions, it was logical to assume he hits them.
If they are smart, and the mullahs are neither smart nor sane, they will continue to strike Israel with missiles targeting the civilian population. that said, the time has come to take out every mullah involved with governing Iran. Every last lunatic, and perhaps the people rise up and take back their country. But that is the gamble, for there is an equal chance the country falls into the wrong hands. But nothing ventured, nothing gained.
